On-Site Technician Support Experienced Technician for Moves, Adds & Changes, including antenna alignments and trouble shooting.
Maintenance
Provides flexible maintenance service contracts tailored to the customer's requirements. Maintenance service includes system diagnostics, adjustments and/or replacement of defective modules, and verification that the system is working upon completion of work. Terms can include regularly scheduled preventive maintenance visits, demand service calls, and customers specified response times.
Gold Warranty
Advance replacement program designed to provide real time support to end user customers, where network operation and availability is essential. Upon receipt of an authorized RMA, "like new" product is shipped for next day delivery (for all calls received by 4:00 PM EST). Express transportation service utilizing UPS Next Day (or equivalent) is included.
Leasing and Short Term Rentals
Provides equipment leases and short term rentals at highly competitive rates. Ideal for companies who prefer to not own equipment and customers with short term networking requirements.
